Almanac Coffee, Ethiopia
This is our second Natural Ethiopian for the season (this time from Yirgacheffe, the birthplace of Arabica coffee) and it’s a classic example of both the complexity of heirloom coffee varieties as well as dry/natural processing techniques. Packed with smooth chocolate, hard candy and blueberry notes, this coffee is easy to drink and might serve as an “ah ha” moment for those that haven’t had a fruit-forward coffee before.
