Juniper berries are most commonly thought of what makes gin - GIN, and it's also used traditionally in Alpine savory dishes to bring forth a fresh citrus, pine flavor. We make our Juniper Berry Elixir from crushing and cooking down real juniper berries along with sourcing its potent extracts to create a rich Elixir that lends wonderful flavors to drinks. Interestingly, the 'berries' are actually conifers that are rolled very tightly, giving them the appearance of berries!
