• Processing Time: Orders ship within 3–5 business days.
• Shipping Cost: Rates are based on the size and weight of your order, calculated at checkout.
• Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $75 (United States only).
• Carrier: Standard shipping is fulfilled through UPS or USPS.
• Pickup: Local in-store pickup is available at our Fitger’s location. You’ll be able to select a date and time at checkout.

All orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
