We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we will do our best to make the process as easy as possible.

Return & Exchange Policy

• Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a refund or exchange. Returns accepted after 30 days may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.
• Items must be new, unused, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components.
• All returns are inspected upon arrival. Items returned used, incomplete, without their original packaging, or otherwise not in resalable condition may be subject to a partial refund, store credit, or no refund.
• Customers are responsible for securely packaging return shipments. Items damaged during return shipping, including damage caused by inadequate packaging, may be subject to a partial refund or may not qualify for a refund.
• Duluth Kitchen Co. does not provide return shipping labels or reimburse return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by Duluth Kitchen Co.

How to Return or Exchange an Item

• Pack the item securely in its original packaging and place it inside an appropriate shipping box with sufficient protective material.
• Ship the package using UPS, FedEx, or USPS insured mail. We strongly recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as Duluth Kitchen Co. is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.
• Include your receipt or order number and a written explanation of the reason for the return.
• Clearly write Attn: Returns on the shipping label and include your return address on the outside of the package.
